Global Subscription Payments, now made easy with Worldpay

We are happy to share with you that we’ve teamed up with Worldpay, a global leader in payment processing, to offer a new integrated payments solution for subscription billing. Having worked closely over the years, we went a step ahead to partner our service offerings to support you in your growth stage.

Here’s a more formal note on that.

We understand the need for you to enhance your customer experience as you grow. So we have expanded our service offerings to cater to all your needs in the subscription business, in any part of the world.

As many of the SaaS customers increase their global footprint, there is an increased need to integrate with a more sophisticated gateway that helps improve acceptance rates and ability to accept local currencies.  

And how?

For starters, everything works seamlessly without any additional effort of integration with Worldpay via the same REST API. One of the key differentiators of the offering is the way Chargebee has a well tested interface with Worldpay and abstracts all the payment complexities with one elegant Subscription Billing API.

And Worldpay brings a consultative approach to understand your payment processing needs and provides a hands-on approach to the onboarding process. One of their key differentiators is the transactional reporting with increased granularity to understand transactional level charges for each card type, globally.

You can expect us to onboard your customers in a more streamlined manner and provide more payment options while ensuring consistent customer experience.

We recently helped Freshdesk transition to Worldpay. Here’s what Girish Mathrubootham, Founder & CEO of Freshdesk, a cloud based customer support software, has to say -
