We need a lead to manage our
tech writing team.
As a lead, you will bring your experience in communication skills and technical understanding to the table. You will manage a team and make content plans and collaborate with external teams.
We hope you’ve got
- At least 8 years of technical writing experience
- At least 2 years experience in a software environment
- The ability to drive assignments to completion with little assistance
- Experience in setting up/managing documentation editing tools/CMS
- Impressive managerial and team building skills.
On a typical day you might
- Manage public Help docs, KB articles, API Docs, product videos
- Manage and improve style guides
- Coach writers on tech writing skills
- Manage documentation authoring tools / CMS setup
