Early Adopter Program - EAP

Problem Statement

What is EAP? How do I check which features are in EAP?

Solution

The Early Adopter Program (EAP) includes new Chargebee features that are still in early release. EAP features are documented in the Chargebee docs (e.g., Usage-based billing). To see the full list and sign up, visit https://www.chargebee.com/eap/.

Product owners work directly with early adopters, so the program is a way to understand workflows and get early visibility into upcoming features.

Benefits of joining EAP:

  • Easier implementation of new features
  • Roadmap visibility for your own prioritization
  • Priority support with a dedicated program manager as SPOC

Steps to Set It Up

Request access to enable EAP features by contacting the Chargebee team.
