One time Charges are not getting included in the regenerated invoice. Why?

Problem Statement

You voided an invoice for a subscription in the current billing cycle. When regenerating it, only recurring items appear; one-time charges are missing.

Solution

This is expected. Void and regenerate applies only to recurring items. One-time charges are not carried over to the regenerated invoice.

Steps to Set It Up

1. Click Add One-Time Addons and Quick Charges and select Unbilled charges instead of Invoice immediately. This creates an unbilled charge for the non-recurring add-on.
2. When regenerating the invoice, select Unbilled Charges so both the recurring items and the unbilled one-time charge are included.
3. Invoice both unbilled charges together so all items appear on the same invoice with tax applied.
