What are the search criteria to locate orders?

Summary You can search for a sales order on the Sales Order screen. To reach the sales order screen, click on the sales order icon on the Navigation Bar located on the left side of any page.

Solution When you click on the icon you will be taken to the sales order screen. There are multiple ways a Sales Order can be searched: Sales Order Number Order Status Order Date Range Customer Product Codes / SKU's

Drop-down menus and 'auto-fill' makes searching a snap and click the Search button.
