If you have enabled the ACH payment method via Stripe in Chargebee and are facing the error ?Missing payment information for handling direct debit payment? after entering all the required information, it is because the Email, First Name, and Last Name fields are not marked as mandatory. The fields must be marked mandatory for ACH payments to be successful.
Login to your Chargebee site.
Go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Checkout & Self-Serve Portal.
Select the Fields tab.
Enable the First Name, Last Name, and Email fields.
Click the edit icon for each field and select Mandatory from the In checkout drop-down field.
Click Apply and then Publish.
