Growth Solutions Workflow

Here's a high-level overview of how Growth Solutions interact with your web application and backend systems to deliver personalized subscriber experiences:

1. Tracking subscriber events: The end user logs into your web application and performs an action, such as visiting a page or clicking the cancel button.
2. Request Trigger: These actions are detected, and a request is made along with contextual data about the end user, such as customer ID, subscriber ID, and other attributes configured as part of the request.
3. Context Enrichment: The solution leverages its direct integration with Chargebee Billing and CRM applications such as Salesforce to additionally enrich the user's context with customer and subscription attributes. This step ensures the Growth solution has all the relevant attributes required for offer and experience evaluation.
4. AI Churn Risk Evaluation: If AI churn scoring is enabled for your account, your customer's churn risk attributes (such as Churn Risk Score and Churn Risk Level) are also synced and factored into the evaluation logic
5. Evaluation and Offer/Experience Selection: The solution then determines the most eligible offer or cancel experience to present to the end user based on preconfigured rules and the enriched context.
6. Offer/Experience Presentation: The selected offer is then presented to the user in your web application. In case of voluntary cancellations, the user is redirected to the corresponding cancel experience.
7. Processing subscriber actions: The user then takes action on the presented offers or cancels experiences. Any subscriber actions, such as offer accepts, offer rejects, or cancellations, are sent back as events to Growth Solutions and processed automatically via the Billing integration.
8. Performance Tracking: All events such as offer views, accepts, rejects, or cancellations, are logged and used to update performance reports and dashboards.
