Pausing Subscriptions

Chargebee Retention now allows you to configure how you want your Retention Pause Offers to apply to your Orders and your subscription renewal date. This functionality allows you to configure your Pauses to support what ever use case you need. Typically eCommerce subscription business will want to apply the Pause to the orders and shipments that are associated with that subscription. They may even want to extend the renewal date of the subscription by the pause duration as well so that the shipments, orders, and renewal date all get moved out into the future. This functionality is supported for customers on the Chargebee Billing Integration and you can read more about how to configure Offers to work with this integration here.
