Data Control

You have complete control over the data that Chargebee Reveal ingests.

For Chargebee Reveal's suite of products, Reveal reads data that you provide to your payment service provider. Unless you choose to provide data directly to Reveal, Reveal cannot access any additional information beyond what your payment service providers have.

What you give is what you get

Reveal can read data only from two sources: The payment service providers or directly from the data you provide. In both cases you control what you send to the payment service provider or directly to Reveal.

Access to delete data on a per customer basis

If you need to delete information on a per-customer basis—for example, when a user has churned from your business and wants their data deleted from your database and associated services—Reveal will provide an API for this purpose. If you don't provide Reveal with the necessary information, you won't be able to specify the unique identifier needed to delete a user's record.

Permanent data deletion

If you want Reveal to purge all data—whether due to termination of your relationship with Reveal or for other reasons—the Reveal team will permanently remove all data records from its servers.

Usage of your data

Reveal uses your data to provide insights into your payment stack. It does not share this information with other customers or use it for internal purposes.
