Edit your Cancel Page Template

To create a new page in your Chargebee Retention Admin App, navigate to the Experience Manager and select the Pages tab. Here you have the option to Copy a page.

When you copy a page you are duplicating all the components within that Experience (Page Copy, Offers, Loss Aversion, Survey Reasons, Survey Copy). It is a best practice to set up a default page template that contains your generic page copy, survey reasons, and survey template so that this can be copied easily to create new pages. We cover all of this in more detail in this article on editing your cancel page.

Once a page has been copied it will be available to be added to the Targeting Tab and incorporated into a split test in Chargebee Retention.

If you are looking for best practice tips on the look and feel of your page, visit our page style guide.
