Sample Use Case(s)

Monitoring Refund Activity
By setting up alerts for Refund Volume and Refund Transactions, merchants can quickly identify if there is a sudden spike in refunds, which could indicate potential issues with product quality, customer satisfaction, or fraudulent activities.

Detecting Unusual Decline Rates
Alerts for Decline Rate (Volume) and Decline Rate (Count) can help merchants promptly address situations where an unusually high number of transactions or transaction volume is being declined. This could be caused by issues with payment processing, fraud detection rules, or other technical problems.

Tracking Order-Level Authorization Rates
Monitoring Order Level Authorization Rate by Transactions and Order Level Authorization Rate by Volume can provide insights into the overall health of the order processing system. If these rates drop below expected levels, it could indicate potential bottlenecks or issues that need to be investigated.

Identifying Revenue Fluctuations
By setting up alerts for Gross Revenue, merchants can quickly detect any significant deviations from expected revenue patterns. This could help identify potential issues with pricing, promotions, or sales channels that may require immediate attention.

Fraud and Risk Management
Alerts for Dispute Volume and Dispute Transactions can help merchants proactively identify potential fraud patterns or areas of concern, allowing them to take appropriate measures to mitigate risks and protect their business.

By leveraging these alerts, merchants can stay informed about critical metrics, respond promptly to anomalies, and make data-driven decisions to optimize their payment processing operations, enhance customer experience, and mitigate potential risks.

Please note that the specific thresholds, time periods, and alert configurations can be customized according to the merchant's needs and preferences.
