Send Quote to Customer
You can send a quote to your customer once it doesn't need approval, or once every required approval is in. The sharing options are under Share and Export on the quote details page. Pick the method that matches how your customer wants to accept the deal:
- Copy Acceptance link: The customer reviews, accepts, and pays online. Best when you want payment at acceptance.
- Send via PandaDoc: The customer signs through PandaDoc. Requires the PandaDoc integration.
- Send Email: The customer receives the quote by email from Chargebee and confirms acceptance.
- View as PDF: You download the quote and share it through your CRM or another email tool.
When eSignature is turned on, customers sign the quote they receive, and pay if your acceptance method includes payment, without returning a signed copy.
Sending the quote does not change its status. The quote stays Proposed. Chargebee changes the status to Accepted when the customer completes the eSignature.
Method 1: Copy Acceptance Link
Send this URL to your customer via email.
This checkout URL allows the customer to accept the quote and make a payment.
Copy Acceptance Link from HubSpot
You can retrieve this checkout URL from your HubSpot account and send it to your customer. The customer can use it to accept the quote and make a payment.
Method 2: Send via PandaDoc E-sign
Prerequisite: Set up PandaDoc integration.
Navigate to the Quote > Quote Index Page. Select a quote to open the Quote Details Page. Click Send via PandaDoc to send the quote through PandaDoc so the customer can accept it electronically.
Method 3: Send via Chargebee Email
Navigate to the Quote > Quote Index Page. Select a quote to open the Quote Details Page. Click Send Email, customize the content, and send the email to the customer to request their acceptance.
Method 4: Download and Send via CRM or Email
Navigate to the Quote > Quote Index Page. Select a quote to open the Quote Details Page. Click View as PDF to download the quote.

You can send it as an attachment through your CRM or any external email platform.
