Send Quote to Customer

If no approvals are pending or requested, you can send a quote to your customer using one of the following methods.

Method 1: Copy Acceptance Link

Send this URL to your customer via email.

This checkout URL allows the customer to accept the quote and make a payment.

Copy Acceptance Link from HubSpot

You can retrieve this checkout URL from your HubSpot account and send it to your customer. The customer can use it to accept the quote and make a payment.

Method 2: Send via PandaDoc E-sign

Prerequisite: Set up PandaDoc integration.

Navigate to the Quote > Quote Index Page. Select a quote to open the Quote Details Page, click Send via PandaDoc to send the quote using PandaDoc e-signature to collect the customer's acceptance electronically.

Method 3: Send via Chargebee Email

Navigate to the Quote > Quote Index Page. Select a quote to open the Quote Details Page, click Send Email, customize the content, and send the email to the customer to request their acceptance.

Method 4: Download and Send via CRM or Email

Navigate to the Quote > Quote Index Page. Select a quote to display Quote Details Page, click View as PDF to download the quote.

The PDF preview and download options are shown below.

You can send it as an attachment through your CRM or any external email platform.
