Submit a quote for Approval
Chargebee CPQ allows you to configure approvals for quotes to support a Maker-Checker process for your sales organization.
If a quote requires approval, after preparing the quote, click View Approval Details to see who will approve it.
Click Request for Approval to send the approval request. Once approved, the quote will be ready for you to send to the customer.
The approver will be notified via email of the approval request. Once approved, the quote will be ready for you to send to the customer.

Once the approval is sent to the approver, your HubSpot deal will show the Quote Status with Pending approval.
