Generate a Quote
Important
- For accounts created on or after October 31, 2025: Chargebee CPQ and Chargebee CPQ for HubSpot are enabled by default in your test site. To confirm navigate to Settings > Configure Chargebee as shown below. To enable this feature on your live site, contact Chargebee Sales.
- For accounts created before October 31, 2025: Contact Chargebee Support to enable CPQ or CPQ for HubSpot in your test site. To enable this feature on your live site, contact Chargebee Sales
Chargebee CPQ in HubSpot allows you to create and manage subscription quotes directly from the HubSpot Deal. Whether you're setting up a new subscription for a customer or modifying an existing one, Chargebee CPQ provides tailored workflows to support both scenarios, new business, and subscription lifecycle events like amendments or renewals.
Depending on the use case, you can generate different types of quotes:
- Create a Quote for New Business: Generate quotes for new customers directly from a HubSpot Deal.
- Create a Quote for Subscription Amendment or Renewal: Manage existing subscriptions by creating Amendment Quotes for changes to active subscriptions or Renewal Quotes to extend expiring ones.
