Chargebee CPQ Configuration
Important
- For accounts created on or after October 31, 2025: Chargebee CPQ and Chargebee CPQ for HubSpot are enabled by default in your test site. To confirm, navigate to Settings > Configure Chargebee as shown below. To enable this feature on your live site, contact Chargebee Sales.
- For accounts created before October 31, 2025: Contact Chargebee Support to enable CPQ or CPQ for HubSpot in your test site. To enable this feature on your live site, contact Chargebee Sales
After Chargebee CPQ is enabled, an admin sets up how your sales team builds, approves, and closes quotes. You do this once for the site, and every rep's quotes follow it:
- Quote Form Builder: Choose which fields reps see on the quote form, which are mandatory, and which pricing fields they can edit.
- Approval rules (optional): Send quotes that cross your pricing or discount thresholds to approvers before reps can send them to customers. Skip this if your quotes don't need internal sign-off.
- eSignature (optional): Let customers sign the quote, and optionally pay, in one flow instead of returning a signed copy.
