Submit Quote for Approval

Chargebee CPQ allows you to configure approvals for quotes to support a Maker-Checker process for your sales organization.

If a quote requires approval, after preparing the quote, click View Approval Details to see who will approve the quote.

Click Request for Approval to send the approval request. Once approved, the quote will be ready for you to send to the customer.

The approver will be notified via email of the approval request. Once approved, the quote will be ready for you to send to the customer.
