  1. Enable mandatory cardholder information fields in Chargebee

    a. Go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Checkout & Self-Serve Portal.

    b. Select the Fields tab.

    c. Under Payments, ensure that First name and Last name fields are set as mandatory.
