Is it possible to use HTML tags on the Customer Facing Info description?

Solution

Yes, it is possible to add HTML tags on the Customer Facing Info description only on Notes but not on the description of the invoice. Your customers can access the portal link or any link from the invoice PDF.

Navigate to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Customize Invoices, Credit Notes, and Quotes > Invoices

The invoice notes given above will appear on the invoice with a link, as shown below:
