As part of this improvement, we will redirect existing users of the RevRec reports in the Classic Reports section to utilize the new Chargebee RevRec - Quick View reports. With Chargebee RevRec, you now have a single platform to access and analyze key revenue recognition data, making it easier than ever to gain valuable insights into your business's financial performance.

As Financial accountants, we understand the importance of quickly accessing revenue recognition-related reports and being able to report on recognized revenue and deferred revenue across various dimensions and attributes. The new CB Rev Rec - Quick View offers an intuitive interface and comprehensive features to meet your reporting needs. Meanwhile, RevenueStory would continue to be your go-to tool for all your other reporting-related requirements.

We have implemented selective enablement for this redirection experience to ensure a smooth transition. Only customers with the relevant settings will be redirected to the new reports. These reports will be hidden for more recent sites created after a specific cutoff date, eliminating the need for the sunset experience.
