I am unable to login to Chargebee via "Sign in with Google". What should I do?

Scope

  1. What do I do if I cannot login via Google on Chargebee portal?
  2. Apart from Google Sign-In, how do I login to Chargebee?

Summary Chargebee provides multiple sign-up and login options to ensure ease of access. If you cannot login via Google Sign-in, Chargebee provides the flexibility to sign in using the email address registered with Chargebee.

You need to click on 'Forgot Password' from the login page and send the reset link to your registered email address, and after setting up the password, you can login via Chargebee email and password, apart from Google Sign In.

Solution

Step 1: Click on the link to access the Chargebee login page. Please make sure you choose the correct region's data hosting centre.

Step 2: Then click on 'Forgot password' on the Chargebee login page.
