What is the physical location of the data centers that Chargebee offers?

Solution

Chargebee uses Amazon Web services for hosting merchant data. We have data hosting centers in the US, EU, and Australia.

The option to choose a data center location is provided at the time of onboarding (sign up to the Chargebee site).

This section specifies the AWS Region used for each hosting region offered by Chargebee.

  1. United States (US) hosting region For the US, the AWS Region is US East (N. Virginia).

  2. European Union (EU) hosting region For the EU, the AWS Region is EU (Frankfurt). Feature Compatibility

    • Only In-app Checkout is supported in the EU Region.
    • Only In-app Self-Serve Portal is supported in the EU Region.
  3. Australia (AU) hosting region For Australia, the AWS Region in Asia Pacific (Sydney). Feature Compatibility

    • Only In-app Checkout is supported in the AU Region.
    • Only In-app Self-Serve Portal is supported in the AU Region.
