Problem Statement

Invited team members may not appear in the Team Members list because their invitations are pending or inactive. Pending invitations do not appear in the active team list. Follow the steps below to manage them.

Solution

Configuration steps

Step 1: Go to the Pending Invitations section

  1. Go to Chargebee > Settings > Team members.
  2. Click See pending invite → to view all invitations that are not yet accepted.

Step 2: Manage the invitations

  1. To resend an invitation, find the team member's name and click Resend Invite.
  2. To revoke an invitation, find the team member's name and click Revoke Invite.

Step 3: Confirm the status

After resending or revoking, check the Team members list to ensure the changes reflect as expected.

Important Notes

  • Only pending or inactive invitations appear in the Pending invites section.
  • Ensure the email addresses used for invitations are correct to avoid delivery issues.
  • If issues persist, check your email server settings or contact Chargebee Support.
