You can now customize the time period and the action for each retry attempt in the dunning cycle.
Log in to your Chargebee's web interface and under Settings > Site Settings > Dunning Settings, customize dunning settings as per your requirements.
You change the action and time period for each retry attempt as shown:
Maximum time period for each retry attempt is 45 days.
