The organization address should contain your business' address of incorporation. The address you provide here will be used to calculate taxes (state level, EU VAT, etc.). The organization address entered will also appear in your invoices.
The organization address can be entered in your Chargebee site under Settings > Site Settings > Site Info as shown:
