How to disable email notifications for zero-dollar value invoices?

Problem Statement

You do not want to send invoice emails for $0 plans or when a 100% discount coupon is applied.

Solution

Use the Invoice Receipt email settings to control zero-value invoices:

• Don't attach zero-value invoices: Send the email without attaching the invoice.
• Don't send email for zero-value invoices: Do not send the email or the invoice.

Steps to Set It Up

1. Go to Configure Chargebee > Email Notifications > Invoice Receipt.
2. Click Edit.
3. Select Don't attach zero-value invoices and/or Don't send email for zero-value invoices.
4. Click Publish.
