Chargebee Widgets

The Chargebee Self-Serve Portal is a collection of individual widgets, each performing a separate function. Use widgets to take customers directly to a specific action and to wire that action into your app layout.

Widgets are available only with API-based integration.

Available Chargebee Widgets

  • View/Edit subscription details: Lets customers view and edit their subscription details, including shipping, payment information, and cancellation options.
  • Manage payment methods: Lets customers manage the payment methods for their subscriptions. Customers can add, edit, and remove payment methods, and set one as primary.
  • Billing history: Lets customers view a detailed record of their past billing transactions and download invoices.
  • Manage addresses: Lets customers view and edit their billing and shipping addresses.
  • Manage account information: Lets customers view and edit their account information, including their first name, last name, and email address.
