Field-Mapping for Pipedrive

The Pipedrive integration syncs a set of standard fields from Chargebee to Pipedrive. The details of all mapped fields are provided below for each Pipedrive object. Whenever data in Chargebee changes, these fields in Pipedrive are overwritten by the corresponding Chargebee field during every sync. Data does not flow in the reverse direction, from Pipedrive to Chargebee.

Additional fields

In addition to the standard fields listed below, you can sync certain additional fields from Chargebee to Pipedrive.

Person

The table below shows the default Chargebee fields mapped to the Pipedrive Person object.

Active - Set when the person record is first created or updated by Chargebee.
Deleted - Set when the mapped Chargebee customer record is deleted, provided setting 4 is configured accordingly.
Customer

Organization

If setting 3 is enabled, Chargebee also syncs certain customer fields to the organization object in Pipedrive. The table below shows the mapped fields.

Deleted - Set when the mapped Chargebee customer record is deleted, provided setting 4 is configured accordingly.
Customer

Deal

Deals in Pipedrive can also be updated with Chargebee subscription fields when the configuration is enabled. This configuration also allows one-time invoices raised for customers to be mapped to deals in Pipedrive. The field mapping is shown below.
