Exporting Data from Reports

Chargebee Retention reports let you export the data for further analysis. Our reporting experts will pull the fields/data for the information that is present in the report you are viewing. When you click on the "Export" button in any report, you will be presented with the following dialog.

This lets you select the Time range for the export, and file format (CSV and JSON are supported). Once an export is generated, you can either wait for the export to complete and download automatically, or navigate away from this menu and wait to receive the export via email. We will email out a link to all exports once they are ready. These will go to the email address for the user who is using the admin app.
