Percent of Cohort Still Paying

The % of cohort still paying metric allows you to analyze the relative repurchase potential of a given cohort of Deflects in Chargebee Retention. This metric presents the % of Deflects with an Active subscription vs. the Total deflects for a given period. It is available in the Experience Performance report and the Retained Revenue dashboard report for customers who have Retained Revenue reporting enabled via the Chargebee Billing integration.

Active deflects are deflects that still have an active sub in billing. You can use this metric to determine how many potential repurchases might occur for a given cohort.
