By default, you cannot add a charge to the same invoice after it is generated. You can raise a separate invoice for the additional charge.
Use the Add Charge option (on the right panel) on the subscription details page to create a separate invoice for the additional charge. The same option on the Customer details page lets you add a coupon.
If your business uses usage-based charges, you can enable the Metered billing feature. This generates each renewal invoice in Pending status, and you can add extra charges to the same invoice.
