You may enable this feature to track shopping carts that have been abandoned in Chargebee's checkout. Moreover, you can also enable email notifications to remind customers about their abandoned carts. Abandoned cart information is not retained beyond 30 days by Chargebee.
To protect the privacy of your customers, we strongly recommend that you clearly indicate to them when this feature is being used.
