Tracking & Font Settings

You can configure settings that allow you to perform various tracking operations on your customers. Additionally, Typekit is also configured here.

Navigate to: Settings > Configure Chargebee > Checkout and Self-Serve Portals > Tracking & Font Settings.

Google Analytics

You can track your conversions on your checkout page using Google Analytics. Learn more about setting up Google Analytics with Chargebee here.

Fonts (Typekit)

When customizing your hosted page themes, if you need to use fonts from Typekit, configure it here. Adding the Typekit code directly to the HTML files in the themes will not work.

Abandoned Carts

You can enable this feature to track shopping carts that have been abandoned in Chargebee's checkout. You can also enable email notifications to remind customers about their abandoned carts. Abandoned cart information is not retained beyond 30 days by Chargebee.

Important To protect the privacy of your customers, we strongly recommend that you clearly indicate when this feature is being used.

Conversion Tracking Pixel

You can track your conversions on your Thank You page using a conversion tracking pixel code. Learn more about using tracking pixels here.
