Using Emoji and Special Characters

Chargebee Retention now allows you to add special characters such as emojis or other foreign characters to the Cancel Page. This allows you to support languages other than english, and embed emojis in your Page personalization and Offers.

To add these special characters to your page, you will need to copy them from the emoji/special character keyboard. To do so, locate the keyboard on your machine, copy the desired emoji or special character and paste it into the Chargebee Retention Experience Manager. We currently support the following special characters:
