Scope

How to find the Unearned Revenue Rollforward Report in RevRec?

Summary

This report increases deferred revenue with new billings and decreases the total as revenue is earned. Navigate to Reports from the main menu. Click the Revenue tab and select Unearned Revenue Rollforward.

Solution

  1. Opening the report Click Reports on the main menu. Click the Revenue tab and select Unearned Revenue Rollforward.

2. The report table displays the default settings with two objects: Customer and Accounting Period.

Since deferred revenue is attached to the customer, RevRec organizes the report by customer name.

  1. Customizing the report Add attributes or metrics to display granular information, such as deferred and earned revenue by the sales order.
