  • Ignore errors via CSV
  • Retry Sync
  • Ignore Sync

Download errors

You can download all errors of the last successful sync by selecting Download All Errors from the Sync Log.

Note

The Download All Errors functionality doesn't consider any selected filters; instead, it downloads all errors for all the objects.

Ignore errors via CSV

Follow these steps to ignore sync errors in bulk:

  1. Log in to the Chargebee app and navigate to Apps > Apps Connected > Intacct > View Sync Log.

Syncing records based on statuses

Each synced record could be in one of the following statuses:

  • SUCCESS - The record is successfully synced to Intacct.
  • FAILED - The sync failed due to some error. You can see the error details in the Details section.
  • IGNORED - Records that are marked as ignored will not be taken up for future syncs.

If a previously synced record is updated and you want to re-sync the specific record(s), you can use the Sync Now action.

You can ignore or retry sync for records that are in the FAILED state. Click Ignore or Retry Sync.

Filters

These filters allow you to narrow down your search criteria in the Sync logs, beginning with options to filter by Chargebee Object type, Sync Status, Chargebee ID, and Intacct ID.

Filter records by Chargebee object type

Among these filtering options, one prominent feature is the ability to filter by Chargebee Object type. This capability empowers you to precisely target your search, specifically concentrating on data synced with third-party platforms.
