Error message - "You don't have access to this page. Contact your admin for details" while trying to access the API keys on my site

Problem Statement

This article explains why you see "You don't have access to this page. Contact your admin for details" when trying to access API keys and how to resolve it.

Solution

This message appears when your user role does not include access to API keys. Access is determined by the role assigned by the admin or owner when you were added to the site.

Contact your Chargebee site's admin or owner to confirm your role and request API key access if needed. For role details, see Access levels of different user roles in Chargebee.
