Solution

We have discontinued the SAAS metrics report which was previously available; Due to this, the Analyst role is now the same as the Tech support access. You can get details about each role's privileges when you are adding a new team member. You can have a look at the below screenshot on what each role entitles you with:

As of now, we support reports only on the Revenue Story and Classic reports section. If you need access to these modules, you would need to be having the Finance Executive access or any role above this.
