What are SaaS metrics? What advantage does the "Analyst" role provide over "Tech Support"?

Problem Statement

This article explains the current status of SaaS metrics in Chargebee and the difference between the Analyst and Tech Support roles.

Solution

The SaaS metrics report has been discontinued. As a result, the Analyst role now has the same access as Tech Support. The privileges for each role are visible when adding a new team member.

Reports are available in Revenue Story and Classic reports. To access these modules, you need Finance Executive access or higher.
