Does coupon support valid from to start the discount?

Solution

Chargebee has added a Valid From field to enhance coupon validity management. This field specifies the start date for your coupon, ensuring it becomes active only from the selected date. This is applicable for "Limited Period" duration type new coupons.

Until the Valid From date is reached, the coupon's status will be marked as Future. This feature is useful for planning and scheduling promotional campaigns in advance, such as festive season discounts. To set the Valid From period, create a new coupon and select the duration type as "Limited Period".
