From Settings > Users, you can:

  • Invite new team members to one or more teams.
  • Create and manage teams to control access to different apps.
  • View and remove existing users.
  • Manage restricted domains and emails to exclude internal or test users from reporting.

Who should you add to Chargebee Growth

Reducing churn is a cross-functional effort. The following teams each benefit from access to Chargebee Growth analytics.

Product teams

Growth aggregates exit survey data into reports covering missing features, pricing, reliability, and overall product satisfaction. Product teams can use this feedback to prioritize changes that directly reduce cancellations.

Marketing teams

Cancel reasons that fall under "needs not met" can signal misalignment between your messaging and your audience. Drilling into cancel comments helps marketing teams identify where product marketing needs to close the gap between what customers expect and what the product delivers.

Support teams

Support leaders can track cancellations attributed to poor service experiences and use that data to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Customer success teams

Success teams can use cancellation data to intervene earlier in the customer lifecycle — not just at the point of cancellation, but upstream, to improve onboarding and reduce the conditions that lead to churn in the first place.

Finance teams

Growth helps finance teams put a dollar value on specific churn drivers. Knowing how much revenue is lost to a specific problem makes it easier to justify the budget to fix it, and to distinguish between preventable and unavoidable churn when forecasting.

Managing existing teams

Under the Teams section on the Users page, you can:

  • View all teams and their associated applications and users.
  • Assign applications and users to each team using the dropdowns.
  • Click Add a team to create a new team.
  • Click Save to apply changes, or Revert to undo unsaved changes.
