Summary The reason for this error is that the user performing the action, does not have the required or sufficient permissions. Solution A user with the Customer Support + Tech Support role is unable to cancel a subscription from the Subscription Index page and receives the error:

With the roles of Customer Support and Tech Support, the user would not be able to cancel the subscription from the subscription index page.

They would have to open up the required subscription and cancel it by using the option below:
