NetSuite request failed [Permission Violation: You need the Lists Documents and Files permission to access this page

Problem Statement

Sync fails with "NetSuite request failed [Permission Violation: You need the 'Lists -> Documents and Files' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator.]" due to NetSuite permissions.

Solution

The Chargebee integration user in NetSuite needs the Lists > Documents and Files permission. Give the Chargebee role full permission under Lists for Documents and Files in NetSuite. The integration needs this to access the required records. You can also confirm other integration permissions in the NetSuite documentation. After updating the role, retry validation from the same page in Chargebee.
