Sync to NetSuite fails with "NetSuite request failed [This entity already exists]." This usually happens when a new customer was created in Chargebee for someone who already exists as a customer in NetSuite.
The existing NetSuite customer must be mapped to the Chargebee customer so the integration uses the same entity. Contact Chargebee support with a list of NetSuite customer IDs and the corresponding Chargebee customer IDs. Chargebee will map them so future syncs use the correct NetSuite customer.
