Scope

We are unable to map certain items in SuiteTax - The record you are attempting to load has a different type: XXXX from the type specified: noninventorysaleitem.

Solution

You might face an error when trying to map the items from UI or the backend. It shows the below error message while running the sync.

• If Suitetax has been enabled for Chargebee <> Netsuite integration, then we only support syncing to items of type noninventorysaleitem.

• The only exception to the above rule is for discounts where we support only Discount items.
