How to enable new features

Problem Statement

This article explains why some features may not be enabled for your account and how to get them enabled.

Solution

Some features in Chargebee are enabled on request and depend on your plan. Contact Chargebee Support or your Account Manager to have them enabled. See the Chargebee Pricing page for features included in your plan.

The same applies to features in closed Beta or that require settings to be enabled by Chargebee. On your Test site you have access to all features and functionality, but some capabilities may still need to be enabled by Support.
