How can I go LIVE with Chargebee?

Solution

Going LIVE with Chargebee is very simple. Please ensure the Go Live Checklist is verified. You can reach out to support with respect to any questions.

Login to your Chargebee TEST site.

Once you have logged into your account, you'll find the Select Plan button in the top left navigation menu. Learn more.

Clicking Select Plan takes you to the plan selection page, where you can choose between:

  • Flow — the self-serve plan, billed either Pay as you go or Commit monthly. Click Activate now to continue.
  • Enterprise Plus — for high-volume and multi-entity setups. Click Talk to sales to be contacted by our sales team.

After choosing Flow, you select your billing currency and then complete a three-step checkout: your technical and billing contact, your billing information, and your card details. Review the summary and click Pay & Get Started to activate your Live site.
