This article explains why your site or display name may not appear in the Chargebee dashboard and how to fix it.
Missing display name: If you have not set your organization address, your display name may not show. Update it under Settings > Configure Chargebee > Business Profile > Update Organization Address.
Other causes: Site name can also be affected when you are logged in from an incognito window, trial extension issues (contact Support), or when you have access to more than 40 sites (see Important Notes).
Note:
Chargebee limits how many sites are shown when you have access to more than 40 accounts, to avoid performance issues. Team members with access to fewer than 40 sites can see the domain/site name display.
