How to configure return/redirect URLs in the checkout flow of Quote Acceptance in Chargebee?

Problem Statement

This article explains how to set the validity period for the Accept Quote link in quote emails.

Solution

You can include the quote.accept_quote_link merge field in quote emails. To set its validity:

  1. Go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Invoices, Credit notes, and Quotes > Quotes.
  2. Set the validity in days.
  3. Click Apply > Apply Changes.

Note

Validity can be set up to a maximum of 30 days. After the validity period expires, quotes are marked as Closed. The Accept Quote link in the quote email is valid for the same duration as the quote.
