Chargebee Embedded Payments - Fee Structure

You will pay Chargebee the applicable fees for transactions facilitated through Chargebee Embedded Payments listed in the following table in accordance with the payment terms set forth in the Chargebee Embedded Payments Terms of Use.

Processing Fees
Per transaction fee for Standard EEA Cards	1.50% + €0.25
Per transaction fee for Premium EEA Cards	1.90% + €0.25
Per transaction fee for UK issued cards	2.50% + €0.25
Per transaction fee for international cards (outside of UK and EEA)	3.25% + €0.25
Per transaction fees for SEPA	€0.35
Per transaction fees for ACH	0.80% (capped at €5.00) + €0.30
Per Dispute Fee (including Chargebacks)	€20.00
Per Direct Debit Late Payment Failure Fee	€7.50

Other Fees (The following may apply in addition to the Processing Fees shown above)
Cross Border Fees • International transaction fee per ACH transaction	1.50%
Currency Conversion Fees • Per transaction in non-EUR currency and/or where currency conversion is required • Currency Conversion fee per ACH transaction	2.00%
Per 3DS authentication fee	€0.03
Per Card Refund Transaction Fee	€0.10
Per Card Account Updater Fee	€0.25
Fraud Management Fees	Included
Late Payment Fees (Applied when there is a negative reserve balance at the end of the fee period)	1.5% per month
Per transaction fee where the card information is manually entered through the "Payment Method Details" section of a subscription/customer. Learn more.	0.50%

For purposes of the table above, the "Per transaction fee for Standard EEA Cards/ Premium EEA Cards/ UK issued Cards/ International Cards" includes any Card authorization, reversal, and refund, "Per transaction fees for SEPA" includes any SEPA debit and SEPA refund. Any fees charged by Chargebee Payments will not be returned for refunded transactions.

Note: The dispute fee will increase from €15 to €20 for disputes raised on or after December 1, 2025.
