On Wednesday, Chargebee’s product and operations leaders, Lior Golan (SVP, Global Business Technology), Eric Dripchak (SVP, Rev Ops), and Nithin Rangarajan (VP, Product), presented “Why Billing & CPQ Are A Perfect Match.”
The session explored how unifying billing and CPQ drives faster deals, smarter pricing, and scalable growth for modern revenue teams. Attendees learned why treating these systems as separate creates friction, while integration accelerates quote-to-cash cycles and enforces pricing compliance.

LegalZoom Shows How to Scale AI Operations
Thursday’s session featured Ana Garcia, VP of Data and Platform Engineering at LegalZoom, alongside Chargebee’s CMO Guy Marion. In “How LegalZoom Is Crushing Growth Goals With AI,” Garcia detailed how LegalZoom has launched a new LLM-powered Concierge service that enables reps to provide hyper-personalized legal support to thousands of companies, enabled by agents and GPTs to learn and scale.
In doing so, LegalZoom achieved its December goal in June 2025, utilizing Chargebee to power its pricing and packaging experimentation. The session demonstrated how millions of SMBs worldwide trust LegalZoom’s approach to managing complex data operations at scale.

Better Billing, Better Chilling
Chargebee partnered with Avalara and GoCardless to host “Better Billing, Better Chilling” at Spark Social on Wednesday evening. The happy hour provided the perfect setting for subscription and recurring revenue leaders to connect before heading to the Dreamforce concert. Over one hundred attendees joined us for conversations about billing automation, payment optimization, and tax compliance, accompanied by great food and drinks in a fun atmosphere.

The Chargebee Journey
At booth 202, we invited qualified prospects with recurring revenue business models to complete the Chargebee Journey. The first 250 qualifying participants received premium luggage worth $275 by exploring how Chargebee conquers monetization challenges across CPQ, billing, and revenue recognition. Hundreds of Dreamforce attendees completed the journey, engaging deeply with our platform capabilities and connecting with our team.
