Twikey is a specialized Direct Debit payment process provider and bank-centric mandate management primarily operating across Europe. It specializes in SEPA Direct Debit (Core and B2B), enabling you to validate mandates thoroughly before initiating recurring collections.
Twikey handles mandate validation and payment orchestration, while funds are deposited directly into the merchant’s bank account instead of going through an intermediary payment service provider.

Supported Regions
Merchant Onboarding Regions
You must have:
- A registered legal entity
- Operational bank account in a supported European country
Twikey can onboard users from any country in the European Economic Area (EEA), such as:
Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, and Ireland.
The merchant's bank account must be enabled for SEPA Direct Debit (Core and/or B2B, as applicable) and must be in Euro.

Payment Collection Countries
Payments can be collected from bank accounts in all SEPA member countries.
